Trust is preliminarily taking initiative for the benefit of the society with the objective to provide and promote education in the field of Medical and Health Care services.

APPROVALS

In 2006, approvals were made from Medical Council of India & Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Govt. of India. Affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut Since then approval were renowned in the year 2007 for 2nd batch, 2008 for 3rd batch, 2009 for 4th batch, 2010 for 5th batch, 2011 for 6th batch, 2012 for 7th batch, 2013 for 8th batch, 2014 for 9th batch, 2015 for 10th batch, 2016 for 11th batch , 2017 for 12th batch,  2018 for 13th batch, 2019 for 14th batch, 2020 for 15th batch and now 2021 for 16th batch.

Muzaffarnagar Medical College is offering course in Medical Science i.e MBBS from its campus developed in 25 acres of land at Muzaffarnagar. The college has an additional 17 acres campus. The whole campus is aesthetically developed in a pollution free and peaceful environment suitable for a healthy and academic atmosphere. Located opp. Begrajpur Industrial Area at 115 km mile stone on Delhi – Dehradun National Highway-58, and it is 8 kms away from Muzaffarnagar. The Medical College is well connected with road and railway. Public transport facility is easily available as the Delhi to Haridwar/Dehradun buses pass through the highway, besides private buses are also available for nearby towns and villages round the clock with van official bus stop in front of the campus main gate.The college has an Administrative Block, Which houses Department of Anatomy. There is a separate Para Clinical Block consisting of Department of Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine, Pathology and Community Medicine. The Laboratories in all these departments are fully furnished as per the requirements of Medical Council of India.The Clinical Departments are in the hospital building so that the clinicians can remain available to their patients. All Lecture Theatres are Air- Conditioned. College has a Council room and a Medical Education Unit to fulfill the needs of all the departments. There are separate common rooms for boys and girls with adjacent cafeteria. The Clinical departments comprises of all specialties besides Cardiology, Nephrology, Urology and Radio diagnosis (CT, MRI, Mamography & DSA). It is a matter of great satisfaction that in such a short time of its existence the institution has been able to create facilities for Renal Dialysis and operations like Laminectomy, Spinal Surgeries, Joint Replacement besides all other routine operations in various departments including Laparoscopic Surgeries with latest available equipments.

State-of-the-Art 1.5 Tesla MRI is available along-with 16 Slice CT for Neurology including MR spectroscopy in addition 6 Slice CT machine and Mammography unit. We also have setup for DSA for  Gastronterology including ERCP, Oncology, Cardiology, Thoracic, Brest, Prostate, Joint & Soft Tissue diseases work up under one roof . Facilities for Bronchoscopy, G.I. endoscopy, Laryngoscopy are available. Round the clock casualty with all necessary facilities and equipments like x-ray, USG and CT scan and ambulance services  is also available. In addition we have also started a state of art IVF center to facilitate pregnancy for parents needing a child.  It is needless to say that for any Medical College a good hospital backup is the most important requisite. The hospital is well equipped with backup of Radiology, Pathology, Physiotherapy and Blood Bank . After approval from MCI most of the departments are having Post Graduate Medical Courses affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. 150 MBBS seats have been already recognized by MCI.

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (Latin: Medicinae Baccalaureus, Baccalaureus Chirurgiae; abbreviated in many ways, most commonly MBBS, but also MB ChB, BMBS, MB BCh, MB BChir), is the primary medical degree awarded by medical schools in countries that follow the tradition of the United Kingdom. The historical degree nomenclature states that they are two separate undergraduate degrees. In practice, however, they are usually combined as one and conferred together, and may also be awarded at graduate-level medical schools.

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), is a professional degree in medical science. A person holding the MBBS degree becomes a certified medical practitioner. The duration of MBBS course is five years and six months including one year of rotational internship at hospitals, health centres, and health camps organised by non-profit organisations (NGOs). MBBS course syllabus includes studies on anatomy, pharmacology, pathology as well as community health & medicine, paediatrics, and surgery. The syllabus, prescribed in such a way that MBBS degree holders can choose a specialisation for further majoring and practising medicine. The career specialisations for MBBS students are Nephrology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Anesthesiology, Organ Transplant, Endocrine, and General Surgery, etc.

MD - Anaesthesiology

The purpose of PG education is to create specialists who would provide high quality health care and advance the cause of science through research & training. A post graduate specialist having undergone the required training in anesthesiology should be able to recognize the health needs of the community. He or she should be competent to handle effectively medical problems and should be aware of the recent advances pertaining to his/her specialty. She/he should be highly competent anesthesiologist with broad range of skills that will enable him/her to practice anesthesiology independently. The PG student should also acquire the basic skills in teaching of medical/para-medical students. She/he is also expected to know the principles of research methodology and modes of consulting library. She/he should attend conferences, workshops and CMEs regularly to upgrade his/her knowledge. The purpose of this document is to provide teachers and learners illustrative guidelines to achieve defined outcomes through learning and assessment. This document was prepared by various subject-content specialists. The Reconciliation Board of the Academic Committee has attempted to render uniformity without compromise to purpose and content of the document. Compromise in purity of syntax has been made in order to preserve the purpose and content. This has necessitated retention of “domains of learning” under the heading “competencies”

MD - Psychiatry

M. D. in Psychiatry is a Clinical Speciality course.

Doctor of Medicine in Psychiatry explores the major psychiatric syndromes like psychotic, mood and anxiety disorders, psychological effects of physical diseases, the doctor-patient relationship, human development, patient interviewing, and ethical issues in medicine. It is a three-year postgraduation course and can be pursued by any MBBS holders from a University recognized by Medical council of India. Most psychiatrists practice general psychiatry. Sub-specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and Geriatric psychiatry can be conducted after M. D. in Psychiatry.
