I have created this site, mainly to provide a forum for the alumni of SVMC to get together on line with a view to develop an association in the future.

We can keep in touch, may be organise reunions  and give something back to the college.

I will try and get some pictures and a list of alumni as soon as possible.

Introduction

PESIMSR, Kuppam, established on 11th of September 2001, is the brainchild of our Founder Chairman, Dr. M.R.Doreswamy. It was his dream to put up a medical college & Hospital with modern facilities to cater for the rural population. This is the most modern medical college in the Rayalaseema Districts of Andhra Pradesh, Providing education to the budding Doctors and State of the art medical health care to the local population, and also to those from bordering districts of Tamil Nadu & Karnataka. PESIMSR, Kuppam is a permanent recognized Medical College by MCI & Govt.

Sree Gokulam Medical College is the brainchild of our Chairman, Sree Gokulam Gopalan, a multifaceted, inspiring visionary and a philanthropic entrepreneur, recognised as one of the brightest luminaries in the contemporary business world.

Understanding the relevance of education and the significance of health, specially in the rural underserved areas, he undertook establishing this institution in Venjaramoodu in the year 2004.

The promoting body of all the Medical & Para Medical Instituitions is Laxmi Memorial Education Trust (R.).The Trust being a Family Trust was registered in the year 1991 in the memory of Late. Laxmi Shetty, mother of Mr. A.J Shetty, who is the President and Managing Director of the Trust. The Trust is accorded the recognition of linguistic minority trust by the Government of Karnataka.

Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital is a government medical college having hospital facilities at Darbhanga, Bihar. It was established in the year 1946. College is currently affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University.

History

The medical college was constructed with the efforts of King Rameshwar Singh of Khandavala Dynasty who also built the beautiful Raj Nagar Palace in Madhubani.

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Ajmer is a government medical college located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. It was established in 1965.
