History 

One hospital and one dispensary were started in 1845. Subsequently, such facilities were recommended for other parts of the state as well. However, due to lack of trained doctors the initiative with limited success, In 1855, a maternity hospital and one dispensary and a medical school were opened in Jaipur, inaugurated on 7th September, 1861 and in the first batch 24 students were admitted. About Us

RUHS COLLEGE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, JAIPUR is established at Sector-11, Kumbha Marg, Pratap Nagar, Tonk Road, Jaipur (Rajasthan) .This is being developed into a self sufficient campus in all respects, an oasis of peace and tranquility away from the noise and pollution. RUHS has established the campus consisting of college, hospital, separate boys' and girls' hostels, faculty residence, auditorium, gymnasium and play grounds.It also provides comprehensive facilities for research and patient care.

About The College

Jhalawar Medical College, Jhalawar was established by forming a society by the government of Rajasthan, which was registered as Jhalawar Hospital and Medical College society, Jhalawar at Jaipur on 8Th august 2007. The following is the governing board -
