Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College was established in 1963, in Belgaum, Karnataka to provide quality healthcare education, research and training facilities to medical professionals. The vision of the inception of the medical institute and the hospital was to provide affordable and highly expertise delivery of healthcare facilities. The college forms a Constituent Unit of the Deemed KLE University. The various medical degree and diploma courses are recognized by the National Medical Commission or NMC, World Health Organization or WHO and Malaysian Medical Council.
