He is qualified in Epidemiology, Computer technology and Infectious diseases. Due to his penchant for field epidemiology work, he travelled Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Delhi. He has been consulting epidemiologist for WHO centre for Social Science and DANIDA projects in MP.
